The textbook considers the whole range of issues related to the legal foundations of the creation and functioning of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) between Russia and other republics of the former USSR, the legal regulation of integration processes within its framework.
In Section I “Eurasian Economic Union and its legal system”, the history of the creation and modern legal status of the EAEU as the organization of regional economic integration, the purpose, competence, system and legal status of the EAEU (the highest Eurasian Economic Council, the Eurasian Inter -government Council, the EAEU.
