The right of inheritance in Russian civil law

The monograph is devoted to the presentation of topical issues of the content, implementation and protection of inheritance rights. Based on the results of the analysis and generalization of judicial and notarial practice, the achievements of legal science, the problems of legal regulation that arise when applying the norms of part of the third Civil Code of the Russian Federation on inheritance are proposed, and ways to solve them. In the work, such a model of inheritance rights is justified, which allows us to talk about it as independent subjective law, and its determined elements and characteristics indicate the creation of a holistic representation of the studied legal phenomenon.
