The book is devoted to the problems of the procedural law of modern Russia. The collective monograph presents the views of famous scientists-processes on modern judicial reform.
Given the fundamental changes in civil procedural legislation in 2018–2019. The fundamental issues of the procedural doctrine are considered: the principles of civil procedural law, institutions of jurisdiction and jurisdiction, evidence, simplified proceedings, revision of judicial acts, etc.
The purpose of the monograph is to analyze the content of reformal changes in the procedural legislation and determine their significance for modern theory and practices of the civilistic process.
