The monograph is the first Russian -language study of the principles, basic procedures and functions of the law of public order by Germany (PPZG) and the law of public order of France (PPZF) We are talking about the totality of the norms of the public law and order of the leading countries of the Romano-German legal family. In principle, these norms belong to various branches of law (administrative, budgetary, contractual and competitive law), but also jointly regulate the conditions and procedure for placing orders from the subjects of public law for the performance of work and the provision of services by the forces of private law.
