The public and legal significance of civil status acts, using the legislation of Russia and Spain as examples

The monograph is devoted to the study of the legal consequences of state registration of acts of civil status for public relations. The author analyzes the provisions of Russian and Spanish legislation in the field of records of acts of civil status. It is shown that acts of civil status are legal facts for various legal relations, and in addition, they are recognized as other legal categories. Current trends in the development of the Legal Institute of the Regulations in the framework of the construction of the global information society and the electronic state are determined.
