The monograph is devoted to the study of a circle of issues related to the conclusion of agreements on state and municipal purchases of goods, works and services in accordance with Russian and world practice. Particular attention is paid to the study of the structure of contractual relations formed when concluding agreements on state and municipal procurement. The basis was based on a comprehensive study and generalization of international legal acts, national legislation of the Russian Federation and foreign countries, the practice of its application, as well as numerous scientific concepts presented in the legal literature.
