In monographs from the standpoint of various branches of scientific knowledge (primarily logic, linguistics, philosophy and law), the most significant aspects of the uncertainty of the appraisal concepts of the criminal law are investigated: essential and exzistical characteristics and features, general and specially legal functional properties, the nature of conceptual abstraction, etc. Particular attention is paid to the varieties of the uncertainty of the evaluative concepts of the criminal law, which are considered in the aspect of semantics, grammar and pragmatics. A separate chapter is devoted to the problem of the name of evaluative abstractions in law.
