The textbook was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education in the field of training 40.03.01 (030900.62) "Jurisprudence" (qualification (degree) "Bachelor").
A textbook contains an analysis of the issues of a criminal legal assessment of the acts of several persons involved in the commission of one crime. Structurally, it is divided into four sections. The first section reveals the concept, legal nature and the classification of the multiplicity of persons in the crime. The second section is devoted to complicity (in its traditional understanding) as an institution of the common part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The third section analyzes special norms on complicity in the crime contained in the special part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The fourth section discusses the issues of criminal evaluation of the acts of several persons involved in the commission of one crime that are not complicity.
In the work, legislation, law enforcement practice, scientific concepts are analyzed, alternative options for solving difficult practical problems are proposed.
