The monograph is devoted to urgent problems of the implementation of state power in the Russian Federation. The theoretical foundations of constitutionalism, the ratio of various types of constitutional legitimation of state power and the possibility of the formation of the parliamentary liability of regions leaders in the context of ensuring the supremacy of the Federal Constitution and the constitutions (charters) of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as the problems of the activities of state power, appeal of citizens and much more are considered.
