In the context of globalization, the international agreement becomes the most important legal means of solving significant legal problems of the world community. Its role is also preserved in strengthening bilateral cooperation of states, as well as in the regulation of integration processes. The concept of application of international treaties in modern conditions is filled with new content in comparison with the international legal regime formed by the Vienna Conventions on the right of international treaties of 1969 and 1986. This is due to the complication of the structure of international relations and an increase in the role of conventional regulation.
In the work, the development of traditional issues of the theory of contractual law enforcement (temporary application of an international treaty, the interpretation of the international treaty, the principle of Pacta Tertiis) on the basis of relevant international practice and new theoretical approaches is reflected. The theory of international judicial implementation was further developed, on the basis of the analysis of the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, the role of national courts in the application of international treaties was analyzed.
