The modern concept of interaction between international and domestic law

The interaction of international and domestic law is an object of many theories, among which the most common are monism and dualism. Currently, there is a global tendency to individualize a general approach to the ratio between international and domestic law. In the monograph, an attempt is made to develop a new concept of this interaction in the light of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation introduced in 2020.
The evolution of the domestic doctrine, as well as the development of constitutional and legislative regulation in this area, are considered. A philosophical and legal analysis of the category of international law was carried out from the point of view of various scientific interpretations and approaches. Examples of mechanisms for applying international law in the legal system of Russia are given. A comprehensive approach has been used, which allowed us to consider the modern interpretation of judicial application of international law, taking into account constitutional amendments, as well as the problem of implementing international justice standards in the process of functioning of the judiciary of Russia. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the legal foundations of the activities of international economic organizations and the prospects for the development of international cooperation in this field.
