Methodological recommendations are aimed at improving the forensic activities of the units of the internal affairs bodies during financial and economic examinations in relation to the activities of credit and consumer cooperatives and other financial market organizations that have signs of "financial pyramids".
Recommendations are based on a comprehensive study of the state of scientific support for the expert and forensic activity of internal affairs bodies for the production of economic examinations. The work defines the features of methodological approaches to the production of economic examinations, a methodology for expert research of participants in the financial market was formed, including credit and consumer cooperatives aimed at improving the efficiency of the process of economic examinations and the interaction of experts with investigators at the stage of appointing examinations of this type.
The legislation is given as of October 1, 2020
Scope of results:
- in the official activities of forensic institutions in the production of economic examinations to establish signs of "financial pyramids",
- In the educational process in the direction of preparation "jurisprudence" in the implementation of the level of undergraduate and graduate level programs
