One of the most difficult issues of civil law is to determine the properties of abuse of law prohibited by Article 10 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In science and in judicial practice, there are extremely many contradicting points of view on this problem. The lack of a uniform approach to it in Russian courts causes legal uncertainty and significant risks for all participants in civil circulation, affecting almost all spheres of legal relations.
