The development of digital technologies, globalization, transnationalization of the world economy, the active exit of companies outside the national markets influenced the formation of new trends in foreign corporate legislation. The improvement of corporate governance has become one of the main areas of modernization of corporate legislation of foreign states, integration associations and the international community.
This led to the study of the main trends in the development of foreign corporate legislation on the example of individual countries (USA, Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, China), as well as at the European Union (EU) and EURIS ECONOMIC Union (EAEU).
The work discusses the sources of legal regulation of corporations, the concept of corporations, trends in the development of corporate legislation of the EU and the EAEU, as well as changes in the legislation of foreign countries aimed at optimizing corporations in the conditions of the formation of new business models and global development of information technology.
