In the book, based on the comparative legal, historical, legal and other methods, an analysis of the main forms of social partnership in Russia and Germany has been carried out from the time of their origin to the current stage of development. The author presented his own original vision of the phenomenon of social partnership and investigated the most acute problems of Russian legal regulation of collective negotiations on the conclusion of collective agreements and agreements, mutual consultations between the parties to social partnerships on the regulation of labor and other relations directly related to them, the participation of employees in the management of organizations and participation Representatives of employees and employers in the resolution of labor disputes. Based on more than a hundred -year experience of Russian and German social partnership systems, the norms and principles of international labor law, the author proposed ways to solve these problems and developed a holistic concept of reforming Russian legislation governing the relations of social partnership.
