The reader presented a book in which an attempt was made to illuminate the legal status of Russian trade unions from the time of their first legalization in 1906 to the present day. A brief description of their general legal status is given, determined by the totality of the norms of several branches of law (civil, administrative, labor, etc) Particular attention was paid to the legal position of Russian trade unions in the social and labor sphere, since it is in labor law that the bulk of the norms of the rights of trade unions are concentrated.
The publication shows the dynamics of the legal status of Russian trade unions based on labor law.
The legislation is given as of December 2020.
