The book discusses the doctrinal views on the legal nature of agreements on the creation of works of science, literature and art: the author’s order (Article 1288 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), on the creation of a work within the labor duties established for an employee (author) (official work) (Article 1295 of the Civil Code of the Civil Code RF) and order (Article 1296 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) The author concludes that the dominant understanding of the nature of the studied contracts is not satisfactory, and for this reason it represents its own view of the essence of relations to create works.
