The book is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical issues related to concepts such as the “invalid agreement” and “non -concluded agreement”, in the angle of their relationship. The work discusses issues of the legal nature of invalid and non -concluded agreements, the problems of current legislation and law enforcement practice are investigated, related to the recognition of the contract invalid or non -concluded. The author made proposals aimed at reducing cases of recognition of contracts invalid in favor of an unscrupulous counterparty in order to strengthen the stability of civil circulation.
