The training manual discusses the legal aspects of the regulation of key areas of the migration policy of the European Union - forced migration and labor migration.
The first part of the manual investigated the issues of the European Union policy in the field of legal regulation of forced migration, the functioning of the general European asylum system, and international protection of forced migrants, measures taken by the institutions of the European Union to combat illegal migration.
The second part is devoted to the analysis of the regulation of various aspects of labor immigration, freedom of movement of workers in the European Union in the context of internal and external dimension.
Particular attention is paid to issues of regulating labor migration in the Eurasian Economic Union.
