The monograph is devoted to the intentional form of guilt in Russian criminal law. This fundamental problem attracts the attention of researchers for more than a century. In the work, an attempt was made to study the content of the intentional form of guilt from the standpoint of philosophy, psychology and law. Almost significant issues of imputation are addressed, proposals are made to improve the current criminal legislation.
