The implementation of the criminal law in the legal system of the state of New York. Monograph

In this study, the author appears to the implementation of the criminal law in the legal system of the state of New York as one of the largest and most dynamically developing legal systems not only in the United States, but also in the global world as a whole. The novelty of the study is due to a comprehensive analysis of all stages of law enforcement agencies from the moment of receipt of information about the offense to the time of the court decision in the case. At the same time, such an analysis includes the development of all procedural decisions and documents in the chronological sequence of their implementation, and the content and internal logic of each of the stages is illustrated by a significant corps of judicial precedents and statistical information about the results of law enforcement, including including the actual material of the last few years . Also, the author separately studied the Institute of the Law of Discretion in Law enforcement, which is one of the key drivers of the American criminal process.
