The monograph presents the results of the application of the scientific and ideological approach to the criminal process, which allowed to form an understanding of the conceptual essence of modern criminal proceedings, to determine the structure and content of criminal procedure ideology, which allows the domestic criminal proceedings in different chronological and ideological periods to maintain and strengthen their methodological core.
A new view of the essence of the ideological foundations of modern criminal proceedings creates the prerequisites for the formation of the image of a perfect criminal process. The work shows the basics and tools of criminal procedure conceptology, as well as the experience of conceptual-ideological problematization and diagnosis of key concepts of modern criminal proceedings-domestic criminal process, adversity, inquisition.
The legislation is given as of June 1, 2020
