The book includes published at different times in periodicals of work, positioning a collection of legal ideas related to the subject of theory, philosophy and methodology of law. The selection and systematics presented in the book of articles were carried out in such a way that, if possible, they represented representative areas of the modern theory of law. The volume of the book and the composition of the material are subordinated to the task of familiarization of the law of law of key problems of the developing science of law and the state those interested in the problems of the interpretation and assessments of the author of the key problems of the right and the state. The design, structure and content of the text incorporated in the ten sections of the work pursued the goal of giving him the character of a conceptual unity, and the work itself to some extent was the genre of a monographic publication, although, of course, the content of each or, perhaps, of some of the interconnected sections Could a much greater extent correspond to this goal. The internal motivation of the author’s appeal to the problems considered in the publications presented in the book is the doctoral dissertation “Law: Methodological Analysis”, and published on its basis with the same name monograph, protected in 1992. To a certain extent, we can assume that the proposed labor continues to develop ideas formulated or implicitly present in the mentioned monograph, which, after almost thirty years, is the driver of scientific search in the author’s work. The book is recommended for a wide range of readers, primarily for which in our difficult time science seems to be undoubted value
