This monograph is devoted to the problem of using the technology of the criminal procedure compromise using the example of a special procedure for making a court decision when concluding a pre-trial agreement on cooperation (Chapter 40.1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation) Much attention is paid to the procedural form of the manifestation of the author’s idea of using a compromise both of a special technology in the aforementioned procedure in the regulation of both pre -trial and judicial proceedings for criminal cases. The work provides a live overview of the legislation and investigative and subsistent practice, as well as executed criminal procedure documents regarding the studied special compromise technology and its effective use in criminal cases.
