The third volume of the collective monograph "History of the Court and Justice in Russia" is devoted to the judiciary and proceedings of the period of the formation and development of absolutism. The process of improving the justice system has been shown since the reign of Fedor Alekseevich until Alexander II entered the throne. The legislative regulation of the court and the process during the reforms of Peter I and Catherine II has been disclosed, in the "Age of Palace Revolutions" and the crisis of absolutism in the first half of the 19th century.
