In 2019–2020 It has been executed 90 years since the beginning of the Great Rave and 60 years since the decision on the transition of the Soviet country to the detailed construction of communism. The “great turning point” is a term introduced by I.V. The decision to revise the Program of the Communist Party (adopted by the II Congress of the CPSU) was adopted by the XIX Congress of the CPSU. Officially, the course to build a communist society in the country was proclaimed at an extraordinary XXI Congress of the CPSU (1959) The new, third, the CPSU program, interpreted as the program of the detailed construction of communism, was adopted by the XXII Congress of the CPSU at the end of 1961
