In 2019–2020 It has been executed 90 years since the beginning of the Great Rave and 60 years since the decision on the transition of the Soviet country to the detailed construction of communism. Officially, the course to build a communist society in the country was proclaimed at an extraordinary XXI Congress of the CPSU (1959) A new, third, the CPSU program, interpreted as a program for the detailed construction of communism, was adopted by the XXI Congress of the CPSU at the end of 1961.
