The monograph contains a comprehensive comparative legal study of the Institute of the Head of State in the CIS countries. The author pays particular attention to a comparative analysis of the constitutional legal statuses of the heads of all states of the CIS countries. Based on the study, taking into account the positive foreign experience, recommendations were formulated to improve the regulatory framework of the Russian Federation, which establishes the constitutional and legal status of the President of the Russian Federation.
