The collection includes the current decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, reviews of judicial practice and certain fundamental decisions and definitions on the application of the norms of the general part of the obligatory law (subsection 1 of section III of the first Civil Code of the Russian Federation), as well as the force of the resolution of the Plenum and information letters The Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federal Medical Sciences on these issues. The acts of the judiciary used in this collection are distributed in six sections corresponding to chapters 21? 26 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and are given as of January 1, 2021
