The training manual presents the doctrinal approaches, the positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, judicial practice, Russian and foreign legislation on issues related to the essence of the legal protection of individual intellectual property and the natural right to them, contractual structures in the field of intellectual property, as well as the protection of exclusive rights to intellectual property objects.
