This monograph is devoted to the study of a qualitatively new stage in the development of European integration aimed at gaining a European Union of Strategic Autonomy. The authors analyze both the foreign policy context that has become a catalyst for promoting the EU strategic autonomy and the most important initiatives of the new stage of development: a global security strategy, creating a military planning structure and ensuring the ability to conduct operations outside the EU (MPCC) zone as part of the EU military personnel military personnel (EUMS), constant structured cooperation (Pesco) The EU strategic autonomy, according to the authors, can help Europeans take responsibility for their fate in an increasingly harsh international environment.
