The training manual was prepared on the basis of domestic labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law, the latest achievements of legal science, and is devoted to the main provisions of one of the important categories of labor law - the “employer”, which considers the problems of its application, proposes recommendations on the following recommendations their elimination in order to improve labor legislation.
