The monograph reflects the views of the team of scientists - economists, lawyers, sociologists, engineers on the effectiveness of state management decisions in the context of digitalization. In work using interdisciplinary research methods, the place of state management decisions in the mechanism of public management is justified. The essence of digitalization as a political state management decision and the degree of its influence on the process of making other state management decisions are determined. The theoretical model of the mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of state management decisions in the context of digitalization is designed. The use of a mesoeconomic approach is shown to analyze and implement strategic state management decisions, individual legal and social aspects of ensuring the effectiveness of state management decisions in the context of digitalization have been disclosed. A separate place is reserved for the consideration of the mechanism for ensuring the effectiveness of state management decisions in emergency situations.
