The monograph is devoted to the development of a concept that forms a unified theoretical model for ensuring the effectiveness of legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in the real sector of the economy based on a balanced ratio of public and private interests. In the work, the previously studied fragmentedly large scientific-theoretical and scientific-practical problems of the effectiveness of legal regulation are systematically meaningful, and a combination of methodological approaches to their analysis is proposed. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the new direction in the science of civil and entrepreneurial law - the methodology for ensuring the effectiveness of the legal regulation of entrepreneurship in the real sector of the economy are laid, which creates the conditions for significant increment and systematization of scientific knowledge in this area. The results of the study are quite distributed to other sectors of the economy
