The monograph is devoted to the problems of increasing the efficiency of legal regulation. The book considers traditional and new paradigms of understanding of effectiveness as a characteristics of the purposeful activity of subjects in the legal field, the dialectical relationship of qualitative and quantitative data is shown, on the basis of which legal influence can be considered effective. In addition, the monograph discusses the problems of the limits of legal regulation, value and sociocultural characteristics of the management of society using law. The legislation is provided as of February 2017.
