The effectiveness of civil proceedings

The effectiveness and effectiveness of judicial protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests remains one of the urgent problems of modern jurisprudence. The book describes the concept of the effectiveness of civil proceedings, which made it possible to look at the issues of the effectiveness and efficiency of judicial activity comprehensively, to apply the methods of sociology of law, a systematic approach and economic analysis of law.
