The monograph is devoted to the consideration of the emergence and formation of the criminal sphere of society and the development of ideas on state opposition to it at various historical stages of the formation of the Russian state.
On the basis of the system-critinological, philosophical, historical, historical and sociological analysis, the author formulates the concept and gives a general description of the criminal sphere of modern social life, explores various forms of criminal behavior, acting as its basis, as well as the influence of world religions and foreign ideas on the strategy and tactics of the fight against crime. Attention is focused on the essential (and mostly negative) influence of liberal Western ideology on the state of law and order in the country and the formation of a modern state policy of countering the criminal sphere of Russian society
