This textbook is devoted to the constitutional aspects of the functioning of an extremely complex and multidimensional political and legal phenomenon of Russian statehood. The Constitution of the Russian Federation has created a powerful foundation for the rapid movement and historical development of Russian society and the state. Based on actual constitutional principles and values, Russia will be able to solve a huge range of macro -problem standing in front of it. At the same time, a clear and consistent implementation of constitutional principles is possible only with a good knowledge and a clear understanding of objects of constitutional regulation. In the training manual on the basis of constitutional legal norms, an attempt was made to comprehensive analysis of the most important constitutional legal objects: economics, foreign policy, management and law enforcement, as well as a number of others. A similar approach is able to form a comprehensive understanding of the studied areas in the student, as well as develop a student multilateral approach to resolving a number of legal issues.
