The constitutional foundations of delegation of state authorities to non-state organizations

The scientific monograph aims to determine the content of the institution of delegation of state-authorities to non-state organizations in Russian and foreign constitutional law. Related forms of decontation of power have been identified, including the elements of delegation: self -regulation, lounge, quasi -regulation. Attention was also paid to the correlation of the concepts of state regulation and deregulation in Russia and abroad.
An independent object of the study was the legal status of the Skolkovo Innovation Center, which is an example of the withdrawal of the territory from the general jurisdiction of state authorities. The monograph pays attention to the analysis of libertarian ideology as the basis for economic reforms aimed at increasing the efficiency of the management system in the state.
