The permanent publication contains the text of the Basic Law of the country - the Constitution of the Russian Federation, taking into account the latest changes approved by national voting. These are the largest changes in the Constitution of the Russian Federation over the past almost 27 years from the date of its adoption. Changes in the Constitution of the Russian Federation ensure the supremacy of Russian law, guarantee the inadmissibility of changing the borders of the Russian Federation, change the system of public administration, expand the powers of the State Duma, and the State Council is being created in accordance with them. The Constitution enshrines the priorities of the social policy of the state, the level of minimum wage not lower than the subsistence level, the annual indexation of pensions, benefits and social payments. The President of the Russian Federation, the highest state officials, deputies of the State Duma and senators, governors, prosecutors and judges are prohibited from foreign citizenship and possession of foreign banking accounts.
