The publication contains a new edition of the Constitution of the Russian Federation with amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation on the amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation of March 14, 2020 No. 1-FKZ, which entered into force on July 4, 2020 (Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of July 3, 2020 No. 445) , as well as taking into account the adoption of the Russian People’s Republic, the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Zaporizhzhya region, the Kherson region and the education of the Russian Federation, consisting of the Russian Federation of new entities (federal constitutional laws of October 4, 2022 No. 5-FKZ, 7 -FKZ, 8-FKZ) and key laws that determine the main directions of state activity and regulate the functioning of authorities. In this publication, regulatory documents are given taking into account the changes adopted by regulatory acts published on the date of signing the publication in the seal.
