The monograph reveals a positive definition of the concepts of a political-legal and criminal-political concept, the basic elements of their content, a methodologically leading role of the criminal political concept for theoretical substantiation and legislative consolidation of the concepts and institutions of criminal and criminal procedure law, their consent, is shown. Based on the models of criminal-political concepts, the criminal-political and legal significance of a number of complex issues of criminal law and criminal procedure theory is shown, and the ways of their solution are outlined.
