The author of the book analyzes and develops the doctrinal views presented in the scientific literature on the concepts of the form of the work and objective form in copyright, gives its own characterization of these concepts by highlighting their legal features. Coming to the conclusion that the dominant understanding of the legal nature of the studied legal concepts is not quite satisfactory, the author represents his own view of the essence of the fundamental concepts of copyright under consideration.
