The concept and interaction of international and national legal systems

The monograph discusses the development of the concept of the legal system in the general theory of law and the international legal doctrine in the second half of the XX-beginning of the 21st century, and the content of the categories “National Legal System” and “International Legal System” are determined and analyzed, the prerequisites and the main directions of their interactions.
