This monograph is devoted to the competencies of arbitration courts that allow interstate, interstate and cross -border disputes. In the first volume, the author’s views on general questions are set out, which can arise in any arbitrator, regardless of the substantive subject of the dispute under consideration. The results of the study are based on a legal analysis of the claim in terms of the timeliness of its filing or the identity of its elements, arbitralism of the dispute, the prejudicial force of the decision made by the state or arbitral tribunal, the actions of the procedural prohibition and priority, including through appeal to the Ru Judicata and Lis rules Pendens, respectively.
