This book reflects the results of studies, in the process of which the conclusion was justified that the concept of the concept, which is based on section VII of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, was justified, as well as a number of other serious shortcomings in the existing legal regulation of relations regarding intellectual property. The result of the surveys was the conclusion on the need to “transform” section VII of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation into an independent (complex) intellectual property - a “set of laws”, including the norms of various branches of law governing a common subject for all (relations regarding intellectual property) It is this approach that will ensure full legal protection and protection of intellectual property in a digital economy.
