The presented training manual covers the civil process of two states: France and England. In relation to each country, the content of institutions that traditionally constitute a common part of civil procedural law (sources, principles, subjects of civil procedural legal relations, jurisdiction, proof and evidence) is consistent, and the procedure for legal proceedings at various stages of the process is stated, which is designed to contribute to the formation of a holistic representation On the civil procedural law of these states. The manual is written on the basis of the original foreign legislation, the materials of the practice of French and English courts, foreign literature, as well as the works of famous Russian scientists devoted to foreign procedural law.
