The boundaries and limits of the exercise of copyright and related rights

The book reveals the theoretical model of borders and the limits of the exercise of the exclusive right to copyright and related rights. The author explores certain cases of free use of other people"s works, offering solutions to problems that are relevant for judicial practice. Evals the prospects for the introduction of flexible test mechanisms into the Russian right to establish substantive borders of copyrights according to the type of American doctrine Fair Use.
