The analogy of the law and the analogy of law in the practice of resolving family and legal disputes

The monograph is devoted to the use of the institution of analogy of the law and the analogy of the law for resolving conflicts in all legally significant family relationships, including when concluding and terminating marriage, actual marriage, the formation of the legal regime of marital property, establishing the origin of children, exercising the rights and fulfillment of the duties of spouses, parents and children, alimony, determining the forms of raising children left without parental care, taking into account the characteristics of family relations with a foreign element. The study of similar law enforcement was carried out on the basis of the selection, systematization and analysis of a significant number of specific court cases. Many scientific and practical approaches to the interpretation and prospects for the development of family legislation have been subjected to doctrinal assessment.
