This book “Administrative Law of Germany. Volume 1 The right of administrative procedures. General administrative law ”describes the general right of the administrative procedures of Germany. It has developed for many decades from unwritten rules and legal principles and was briefly set out in the 1976 law, although for some people the relevant rules were created much earlier (for example, in tax law back in 1919) German law of administrative procedures, in the center of which is located an administrative act as a central instrument of state administration, also received a large resonance abroad, in some cases other countries adopted the norms of the German administrative procedures practically literally.
